Delivery and Collection Information

Our UK delivery service is available online. All our UK online orders are shipped by a tracked express courier service  - DPD, Parcelforce, Fed Ex or similar. 

Mainland UK Delivery Charges*

Orders over £75 inc VAT          -   FREE 

Orders below £75 inc VAT        -   £5.99

 

Delivery times can vary based on product but most items are available for delivery within 3 working days and many of our most popular items will be delivered next working day if ordered before 3pm. If you need your order sooner than this please contact us and we can confirm if this is possible for you. 

We use a trusted fully-tracked service to ensure your order arrives swiftly and in perfect condition. You will receive an email and text message to track your order.

We can deliver throughout the mainland UK, and to the majority of non-mainland UK areas.

Please note, due to external factors that affect road services, we cannot 100% guarantee next-day delivery. Please ensure you order within plenty of time for your project and allow 48 hours before contacting our Customer Service team.

Delivery to some AB, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE postcodes, Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland may take longer.
